Henry Sal Jr. has provided the passion for innovation and the visionary leadership to put CSI in the ranks of the country’s most prestigious organizations, earning the company recognition as an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company in the United States for three consecutive years.
Henry has extensive hands-on experience with advanced technology in all aspects of software development and system design. He has managed highly complex IT projects for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Nokia, Owens Corning Fiberglass, Heidelberg Eastern and Boeing, as well as federal, state and local governments in the U.S. and Germany.
Prior to founding CSI, Henry worked as a technology consultant, working with clients such as Ryder Truck, Ford Motor Company, the Orange County Florida Sheriff’s Office and Coulter Electronics.
Glen Johnson is the project architect behind the success of CSI’s Intellidact®. An industry-recognized expert in rule set development, with specializations in image classification, data location and redaction processing, he was the dedicated project manager for the very first automated redaction solution in the United States.
Glen is responsible for designing HPUX business productivity and performance tools that are currently in use on 20,000+ worldwide sites. He is also certified in Kofax Ascent Capture with Advanced Forms specialization.
Prior to joining CSI, Glen spent 10 years with Texas Instruments Data Systems Group as the chief software architect for TI’s machine learning efforts on the Explorer System.
Dean Hough is widely recognized throughout the industry as an image processing expert and the inventor of PC-based scanning technology. Dean has been instrumental in developing many of Intellidact’s unique capabilities, including its signature detection processing capabilities, and the system’s visual image fingerprint technology, which overcomes low quality, non OCR-capable images.
Prior to joining CSI, Dean was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Kofax, where he led the development of a wide range of solutions, including Kofax Adrenaline hardware, Kofax Image Controls, Kofax Ascent Capture and Kofax Virtual Rescan image processing. Dean also served as Vice President of LaserFiche, as an executive with FileNet and as an imaging consultant.
Clerk & Comptroller Sharon R. Bock is a tireless advocate for continuous government improvement who encourages the use of industry best practices and technology to address the major fiscal and ethical challenges facing Palm Beach County.
Ken Burke serves as the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller for Pinellas County, Florida. Growing up in Pinellas, attending high school and college locally, plus experience as a CPA, a law firm administrator and college board chairman, Ken’s credentials are well matched to the duties of the Clerk’s office.
Elected in 2008 and 2012 by the voters of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil became the seventh person and first female to serve as Clerk of Circuit Court & County Comptroller in Pasco County's history. Prior to serving as a constitutional officer, Paula worked in various capacities in Pasco County government for over 20 years, dedicated to excellence in government. With a continual desire to mentor and teach, Paula also served as an adjunct instructor for Pasco-Hernando Community College and an adjunct professor for Saint Leo University.
