Missouri Secretary of State to Implement CSI's IntelliDact Redaction Solution to Address Privacy ConcernsCSI combines software with services to provide a total solutionORLANDO, Fla. (April 16, 2007) - Computing System Innovations (CSI), a leading provider of enterprise records management, workflow, and imaging software, today announced the Missouri Secretary of State (MSOS) has selected CSI's IntelliDact software for the automated redaction of documents. CSI will provide, through a multi-year contract, IntelliDact automated redaction software and services to remove personal identification information such as Social Security Numbers (SSNs) and Employer Identification Numbers (EINs), also known as Federal Tax ID Numbers (FTIDs), from Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) documents and other related business filings that are required to be made available to the public by the MSOS through the MSOS website. IntelliDact employs sophisticated intelligence to properly identify documents and fields of interest. Three advanced character-recognition engines (i.e. machine, hand and voting) then locate and vote on data eligible for IntelliDact to redact and/or index machine or handprint information without user intervention. After processing, a "clean" document is created and saved into an image repository or delivered to an e-recording or e-filing system. "We are excited that the MSOS has determined, through careful consideration, that CSI's IntelliDact product is the most comprehensive solution to deal with the growing concern of identity theft and fraud, said Henry Sal, President of CSI. IntelliDact was designed from the ground up to provide a total solution for redaction and extraction of information, and with a sophisticated processing model, will provide greater than 98.5% accuracy." CSI has proven experience in rapid accurate redaction processing and validation of large quantities of documents for Local and State Government Agencies. CSI is the preferred redaction vendor for the State of Alaska Court System and eleven of the largest County Clerk Offices in the State of Florida. In 2006 and now into 2007, CSI customers will have processed more than 1/2 billion images for redaction using CSI’s IntelliDact solution.
