CSI Introduces Free Kofax Redaction Software – Intellidact^® lite

(January, 2010) – Computing System Innovations (CSI), America’s leading provider ofintelligent redaction solutions, is proud to introduce Intellidact^® lite as the latest addition in the Intellidact®product suite. The Intellidact lite product is a free version of Intellidact’s enterprise product suite.

As a free version, Intellidact lite provides users with tools to redact sensitive data within documentsprocessed by Kofax Capture®. This tool is designed for users new to redaction processing or those whoare processing minimal volumes. Users with a need for redaction processing not having enoughdocuments to justify a more comprehensive redaction software solution often are left with two options:manual paper redaction or buying a rarely-used tool. Intellidact lite solves this issue by providing necessary basic redaction functionality for free seamlessly within any Kofax Capture workflows.

Because of the inherent user-friendly design of all Intellidact products, users who register forIntellidact lite are able to install and start redacting their documents the same day. Users can drawredaction boxes around sensitive data, preview their redactions, and print or save the redacted images.The redacted documents do not replace the original documents. Instead, the redacted images are madeavailable via an Intellidact lite export script. For users requiring automated or higher volume redactions,Intellidact® Pro or Intellidact® Enterprise provide a seamless upgrade path with their advanced features.
