Network Security Support Engineer
CSI is currently seeking a Network Security Support Engineer to support the Network Security Team.
CSI is a dynamic and growing technology company where a self-starter who is willing to work hard and go the extra mile could have a very large impact.
Responsibilities:
Working as an integral part of the Network Security support team, you will be responsible for customer support calls, as well as following up with escalation engineers.
Your primary job responsibilities will include: working closely with the Network Security team for escalation and support issues, as well as with customers. Main products that you will support include Check Point, Nokia and Websense. On the job training as well as off site vendor training will be provided according to an individual training plan.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Check Point CCSA
- Higher Check Point certifications merits
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, L2)
- Solid communications skills: both written and verbal
- Strong individual project management/project coordination skills
- Strong implementation and follow-up skills
- Experience managing multiple projects, working under deadline
Salary for this role is commensurate with experience.
If you lack Check Point experience, but fit the role otherwise, you will still be considered.
Software Developers with .NET and SQL Server Experience

Personality requirements:
Driven, enthusiastic, self-starter, excellent communication skills, patience, willingness/aptitude to adopt to new technologies is critical. Ability to obtain and analyze relevant materials, make durable technical decisions and defend them. Work on existing .NET applications. Not looking for beginners.
Skill set requirements:
Please do not invest your time responding if your skill set does not include expert .NET, database applications and tools skills for SQL Server.
