Managed Services are periodic, routine or direct connect 24x7 services designed to provide proactive protection and support to clients who need the coverage. The services are customized and priced based on the level of support required and the number of information assets covered, and typically charged on a per-seat basis. Routine Security Healthcheck
Weekly or monthly monitoring of system vulnerabilities, update anti-virus software, check firewall and security system configurations, update passwords and logons, conduct performance analysis, etc. This service is geared towards companies who need a trusted, independent organization to provide basic security maintenance or for organizations who do not have the resources to tend to these processes.

Managed Security
Full-time network wide monitoring for vulnerabilities including intrusion detection and alert, firewall operation, online asset security tracking, network and system management, etc. This service is geared toward the company who has determined that the value and risk of information assets is mission critical and has made the determination that proactively enforcing "borders" is essential to conducting business.

Incident Response & Recovery
In the unfortunate event that your organization suffers a malicious attack or unwarranted violation of access to the network, CSI will deploy consultants to an organization’s site to analyze the security breach, prevent further damage, and begin the immediate process of recovery and rebuilding.
